Monster Sharpie Weekend

This coming weekend is shaping up as huge for Sharpies around the country.
South Australia will hold elimination heats at Adelaide Sailing Club "Area Construction" and "All Scoobed Out" look to be the stand outs. Both are going to Perth for the Nationals.
Western Australia are holding the last State Selections at Mounts Bay Sunday. With Vern Tidy and PC both missing previous heats it was hard to see WA knocking off SA in the teams event without those two on board.....BUT a last minute update from Craig notes that WA has the President's Picks - so Vern and The Lizard may well be in full swing leading the West's charge.
Queenslanders will head to Lake Cootharaba for the Monomasters/States. Damian Byrt will be down from Yeppoon to stir up the metro boats.
NSW will be at Lake Illawarra for the Kembla Klassic/States. The newly acquired "Truck" Todd Curry is looking good on home turf fresh from a win in the ACT Dinghy titles a fortnight ago.
The Victorians will head to Black Rock to send off their interstate team.
And I'm sure Camel and the boys will be training the house down on the Derwent.
Remember to take advantage of the early bird entry put your form in by the 2nd December. Juniors are free and will receive travel subsidy.
